Change can be challenging. Whether it involves a change of location, relationship, or mindset it can be difficult to break free from old patterns and step towards new ways of being. Are you a coach or a mentor looking to help your clients grow through challenging scenarios? Maybe you’re facing a hurdle yourself associated with change and transformation. According to the expert astrologer, certified Hypnotherapist, and NLP practitioner, Lexi DeAngelo, there a “5-levels of change”. This tiered system towards growth and evolution is a powerful tool to apply to your current roadblocks.

The fact of the matter is, not all change is created equally. 99% of the time, you hear motivational speakers and business coaches giving the advice of, “Just do it!” Aka, just take a certain action or do a certain task…and that’s that. But the thing is, this is NOT the level where true change is created. There are 5 levels of change and the Behavior Level is just a surface level. This means if we try to make a change from the Behavior Level all we’re doing is treating the symptoms and slapping on a bandaid vs. getting to the root cause and remedying it for good.
