November 26th, 2019: New Moon in Sagittarius— Choose Your Role
When you pick a team to play on, you not only pick the kind of sport you want to play, but you also pick the responsibilities you take on, the group goals you work toward, and the role you wish to play. This is practice for the daily work and responsibilities of life within a larger human society and culture. Each one of us has a role we play within our social group, community, and society at large. At some point, you realize you have agency over the responsibilities you take on.
With this New Moon in Sagittarius, we have the opportunity to see our energetic output within the larger context of human society. How do you contribute to the community around you? Who do you pick as part of your team, and who do you share and build your energy with?
While these decisions may have been automatic or chosen for you in youth, as an adult, you have the agency to choose your role. Step back and take in the larger picture. How can you align your energy with the goals of the society you participate in? With whom do you align your energy? Choose so deliberately and consciously, and make adjustments where needed. Now is the time to make sure you actualize your power in a responsible and focused way.
