Do you remember your dreams? If so, have you thought about what they mean, or how they can be allies towards the exploration of self? There is an abundance of techniques and tools to pull from that support the growth and evolution of our soul throughout the human experience. Working with our subconscious, specifically dreamwork, is a fascinating way to explore self-knowledge and pivotal shifts in life.

“Everyone and everything about a dream represents something about the dreamer.”

Jane Teresa

I had the pleasure of connecting with the expert dream interpreter, Jane Teresa, and was deeply moved by her analysis of a series of reoccurring dreams I was having. I was a guest on Jane’s Live Dream Show, where she interpreted three consecutive dreams. Through her facilitation, I was shown insights and new perspectives around fears and limiting beliefs I was clinging to towards my work. She then provided tools and exercises to clear these blockages, using the dreams as a platform towards productive growth.

Thank you, Jane, for the powerful analysis and guidance around themes of fear, vulnerability, and the act of taking risks and letting go. I have since had a fourth dream within this series that showcases progress within the evolution of my mindset.
